How it works
The whole system in five short steps.
1. One line = one portion
In the Food Library every line is a single portion of that category — 20 almonds, 1 oz of ground beef, 1/2 cup of cooked oats. You can add, rename or remove any line, and mark proteins as Lean or Moderate fat by clicking the small badge next to the food.
2. Build your day
In the Meal Program you set the meals you actually eat — breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner — with a time and how many portions of each category each one carries. The daily total updates as you edit so you can match your prescribed plan.
3. Get real meal ideas
On the Meal Ideas page you pick one meal and tick only the foods you feel like eating today. You get 2 fresh ideas (tap “More options” for two more), each using the full portion count of every category, with the amounts written out so nothing is guesswork.
4. See the plate
Every idea automatically gets its own picture, created on the spot from that idea's ingredients. Each image appears blurry first and sharpens as it finishes.
5. Everything stays with you
Your food lists and meal program are saved on this device only — nothing is sent anywhere except the meal description used to create ideas and pictures. Reset to defaults brings back the original lists at any time.
